use it with iron branch
either block vision or double tango
better ls
good for early chasing

Early Game (in order)

upgrade for attack speed and armor
good stats keep it until last items...
either chase or flee

evasion + dmg + aoe dmg
dmg block + stun + stats
better lifesteal and faster kills (use if no slot remains)
works well with moon shard
buy if ur in need of more health and regen

Situational Items

get if harrased by magic too much
low on health? no unit around? jump into enemy!
not needed but may get in endgame
dont let them run!
need to suck enemy mana?
low health? low magic ressit? low attack speed? low....
block certain life threating spells
if ur lvl 1 is not enough and ur dying cuz of it, make sure to get urself a bkb
armor + attack speed
mostly cuz of armor but works well with radiance
late game replace with phase boot
evasion + disabling enemy attack!
high armor enemies?
good for evasion heroes
